1 On 1 Personal Training

1 on 1 personal training sessions are individually tailored to your fitness goals and your fitness level to help you move better and feel better.

In 1 on 1 personal training sessions you will have my undivided attention, which make these very well suited for people who want to achieve specific goals such as recovery from long term illness, managing existing injuries and improving posture, core strength and flexibility.

We will use a mixture of resistance training, suspension training, fit balls, kettle bells, battle ropes and boxing to give you a varied and fun full body workout, where you’ll have a chance to both hate me for making you work hard and laugh at my bad jokes. ¬†We finish off with assisted stretches to leave you feeling better than when you came in.
