We offer premium training services which are designed to help busy professionals achieve their fitness goals. We start with an initial consultation where we take the time to understand what your goals are, and assess any limitations such as past injuries that we need to allow for. We can then decide which option will be the best fit for you.

Personal Training

1 on 1 personal training sessions are individually tailored to your fitness goals and your fitness level to help you move better and feel better.

In 1 on 1 personal training sessions you will have my undivided attention, which make these very well suited for people who want to achieve specific goals such as recovery from long term illness, managing existing injuries and improving posture, core strength and flexibility.

We will use a mixture of resistance training, suspension training, fit balls, kettle bells, battle ropes and boxing to give you a varied and fun full body workout, where you’ll have a chance to both hate me for making you work hard and laugh at my bad jokes.  We finish off with assisted stretches to leave you feeling better than when you came in.

Small Group Training

Small group training sessions are  ideal for a workout with a group of friends, or for parents to get a workout in with the kids!  For 2 – 6 people, I include a mixture of resistance training, suspension training, fit balls, kettle bells, battle ropes and boxing to give everyone a varied and fun full body workout. Small group sessions are also suited to people who have general fitness goals such as losing weight, improving cardiovascular fitness and improving strength.

Studies have shown that exercise helps to improve the daily productivity and health of busy professionals. I can come to your company to run group fitness sessions for as many people as can fit in the available space! These sessions can include one or more of the following options: resistance training, body weight training, and boxing. I can cater for varying levels of fitness so that no-one needs to miss out.
