Small Group Fitness Training

Small group training sessions are ideal for a workout with a group of friends, or for parents to get a workout in with the kids!  For 2 Р6 people, I include a mixture of resistance training, suspension training, fit balls, kettle bells, battle ropes and boxing to give everyone a varied and fun full body workout. Small group sessions are also suited to people who have general fitness goals such as losing weight, improving cardiovascular fitness and improving strength.
